Basic care (basic daily care)
Our basic care services are designed for anyone who needs support in everyday life. SanVita24 Care offers you personalized support in the comfort of your own home. Our goal is to maintain your independence and improve your well-being.

- Assistance with daily personal hygiene (washing, showering, bathing, dental care, combing, shaving);
- Help with dressing and undressing;
- Assistance with movement – getting up, changing position, accompaniment within the apartment;
- Assistance with bodily functions and going to the toilet;
- Help with eating;
- We value dignity, respect and compassion. Each person is unique, so we tailor basic care exactly to your individual needs.
Curative care (medical care)
Our nursing care includes all medical services prescribed by a physician and provided by qualified nursing staff. Our team works closely with doctors and insurance companies to ensure you receive the best possible care.

- Administration of drugs and injections;
- Monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar levels;
- Changing dressings and caring for wounds;
- Putting on and taking off compression stockings;
- Catheter and stoma care;
- Monitoring for chronic diseases.

Home care and daily support

- Training family members to safely provide assistance;
- Recommendations for choosing assistive devices (feeding bed, walker, lift, etc.);
- Regular consultations in accordance with §37, p. 3 SGB XI.
