What we offer
Our day care/day care program allows you or your loved one to spend the day in a comfortable, lovingly designed facility that combines care, support and activities. This allows you to stay in familiar surroundings for as long as possible and brings relief to your family members.
We offer:
- Care and basic care:
Assistance with personal hygiene (washing, showering, bathing), dressing and undressing, mobility, assistance with eating, accommodation and rest. - Care and activity programs:
Shared activities such as games, memory training, creativity and movement sessions, walks, conversations and social interaction within the group. - Catering:
At least one hot meal per day, drinks between meals, breakfast and snacks according to your wishes/dietary needs. - Transport / Driver services:
We will pick you up from home and return in the evening (if necessary) so that the day begins and ends in a relaxed atmosphere.
Therapeutic services and cooperation: - Collaborate with physical therapists, therapists, speech therapists and other specialists as needed. Medical supervision, for example, assistance in taking medications.
Who is suitable for day care?
Our nursing care includes all medical services prescribed by a physician and provided by qualified nursing staff. Our team works closely with doctors and insurance companies to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Our day care program is for people in care levels 2-5 who:
- They need care and support during the day, but in the evening they want to be home again;
- Need support but do not require 24-hour care in a hospital setting;
- They want to free family members from work, other responsibilities, or to recuperate.
For care level 1, unemployment benefits (§ 45b SGB XI) may sometimes be used, depending on the service and institution.
Financing and expenses
- Entitlement according to § 41 SGB XI: The long-term care insurance fund covers day care services for children, subject to certain conditions.
- Maximum amounts per level of care: The Long-Term Care Insurance Fund pays certain fixed monthly amounts for partial hospital care.
- Optional: Use of unemployment benefits, respite care, or short-term care as appropriate.
- Personal contributions: the cost of housing, food and possibly transportation may be paid in part or in full by the person requiring care; We will advise you individually about the upcoming costs.

We assist with the application for guardianship level, verify compliance and prepare the necessary documents. - Trial day and site visit:
You or your loved ones can visit our center and have a trial day at any time. This will allow you to become familiar with our team, facility and daily routine. - Regular operation and support:
On agreed dates we will take care of you throughout the day, including transport, care, support and meals. - Evaluation and adjustment:
We have regular discussions to adapt the service to your changing needs.
